What is plan management?

Plan managers handle the financial administration of your NDIS plan. They process invoices from your providers, manage claims with the NDIA, track your budget, and ensure everything is compliant with NDIS rules. Crucially, having a plan manager means you can use both registered and unregistered providers, giving you much more choice than agency-managed participants.

📋 NDIS Plan management rates (2025–26)

Plan management is funded as a separate line item in your NDIS plan under Capacity Building – Plan Management. The 2025–26 price limit is a monthly portfolio fee of $104.45 plus a per-claim fee. The plan management setup fee was discontinued from July 2025. Importantly, plan management funding comes on top of your other supports — it doesn't reduce your Core or Capacity Building budgets.
