Common questions
Does paying move me up in search results?
No. Paid tiers get you into the Featured Providers carousel at the top of your district and service pages, labelled clearly. Organic search rankings below are based on relevance, proximity, listing completeness, and verification — payment is not a factor.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in the Stripe customer portal in two clicks. No cancellation fee, no lock-in. Your listing reverts to Free at the end of your current billing period.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
We'll refund your first month if you're not seeing value. Email hello@decisionlab.com.au within 30 days — no questions asked. After the first month, you can always cancel without a refund.
Is my listing already on ProviderScout?
Almost certainly — we list 26,295 providers sourced from the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission register. Search for your business name to find it. If it's not there, you can submit it for free.
What's the difference between Enhanced and Premium?
Enhanced gets you into the Featured Providers carousel in one service district with up to 5 photos, a 300-word description, and a monthly analytics email. Premium adds first position in the carousel, coverage across unlimited districts, an unlimited-length description, email enquiry forwarding direct to your inbox, and priority support. Premium is designed for providers operating across multiple regions.
