1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using ProviderScout (providerscout.com.au), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.

2. About ProviderScout

ProviderScout is a free online directory that helps NDIS participants find and compare registered NDIS providers across Australia. ProviderScout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) or the Australian Government.

3. Information accuracy

Provider information displayed on ProviderScout is sourced from publicly available data including the Google Places API. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Provider details such as addresses, phone numbers, ratings, and services may change without notice. We encourage users to verify information directly with providers before making decisions.

4. Not professional advice

ProviderScout provides general information only. Nothing on this site constitutes professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. The NDIS budget calculator and price guide tools provide estimates only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for official NDIS documentation or advice from your support coordinator, plan manager, or Local Area Coordinator.

5. User-submitted content

Users may submit reviews, provider claims, and other content through forms on our site. By submitting content, you represent that the information is accurate and truthful, you have the right to submit the content, and the content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove or modify any user-submitted content at our discretion.

6. Provider listings

Providers are listed on ProviderScout based on publicly available information. Listing on ProviderScout does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation of any provider. Providers may claim their listing for free to update their information. Paid listing upgrades may be available and are subject to separate terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on ProviderScout, including text, design, logos, and code, is the property of ProviderScout and DecisionLab unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

8. Third-party links

ProviderScout contains links to third-party websites, including provider websites and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

9. Limitation of liability

ProviderScout is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the site, reliance on any information provided on the site, or actions or inactions of any provider listed on the site.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
