What we don’t sell you

Most directories sell exposure and let you work out later whether it did anything. We would rather tell you up front where the limits are.

We don’t sell enquiries

No tier promises you a number of leads, because we can’t honestly promise one. If participant enquiries are the only thing you want, a paid listing here is not the right spend.

Paying never moves you up

Organic ranking is relevance, proximity, completeness and verification. Payment is not a factor and never has been — the algorithm is published.

The stats email tells the truth

If your listing had four views last month, that is the number you will get. We would rather you cancel than pay for something that isn’t working.

Your details, without an account

You control what appears on your profile. You do that by telling us, not by logging in — and that is a deliberate design decision, not a missing feature.

No login, no password

We don’t create accounts, so there is no password of yours to steal, phish or leak. Nothing to reset, nothing to breach.

Every change is checked

Changes are verified against the ABR and the Commission register before they go live. That is precisely why the badges on this site mean something — a self-serve directory can’t say that.

Photos are cleaned

Images you send are re-encoded and stripped of embedded metadata before publishing, so location data in a phone photo never ends up on the page.

Card details never touch us

Payment is handled by Stripe. We never see, store or process a card number. Your contact details are never published unless you ask us to show them.

First, check where you actually stand

Free, no signup: search the Commission register for your business and see whether you are registered and when it expires. 3,035 registrations expire within six months — and renewal has to start six months out, because the audit must be booked, completed and assessed before your current registration ends.

Common questions

Why did you move from monthly to yearly billing?

Because monthly pricing made everyone ask, twelve times a year, whether a directory listing had paid for itself that month — and at our size the honest answer some months was no. A yearly price we can stand behind is better than a monthly one we can’t.

How many enquiries will I get?

We won’t give you a number, because any number we gave you would be a guess. Participant enquiry volume through this directory is currently low and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Buy Verified Provider for the verification, the renewal monitoring and control of what appears under your name — if enquiries come, treat them as upside.

Does paying move me up the search results?

No, and it never will. Ranking is relevance, proximity, listing completeness and verification — the full algorithm is published. Paid placement only ever appears in a clearly labelled Featured block, separate from organic results.

How do the renewal alerts work?

We re-read the NDIS Commission register each month and compare it against your expiry date. You get an email six months, three months and one month before it expires. Six months is the one that matters — that is when the renewal window opens, and an audit has to be booked, completed and assessed before your current registration ends.

How do I change my listing if there’s no login?

Email us, and we publish it — within one business day on a paid tier. It sounds slower than an editor, and it is, by about a day. In exchange there is no account of yours that can be compromised, and every change is checked against the ABR and the Commission register before it goes live.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time — manage your subscription here. Enter your email and Stripe sends you a login link; there is no password. Your listing reverts to Free at the end of the period you have paid for, keeping the Claimed and Verified Business badges you earned. We don’t auto-renew without telling you first: you get an email before each renewal with last year’s stats in it, so you can decide with the actual numbers in front of you.

Is my business already listed?

Almost certainly — we list 26,295 providers sourced from the NDIS Commission register. Search for your business name to find it, or submit it if it isn’t there.
