What to ask before choosing an NDIS provider

For supported accommodation, ask which homes currently have vacancies, who the other residents are, and how the support roster works. Arete Care's website says it does not rely on agency staff to fill roster gaps; it is fair to ask how that is managed day to day.

Ask how STA and MTA stays are booked and what happens at the end of a stay. For SIL in an SDA home, remember that the home and the support are separate arrangements, often with different providers.
