Everbloom Support
About Everbloom Support
Everbloom Support is a Central Coast NDIS support-worker service, delivered one-to-one across the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland and Cessnock. The legal entity is Everbloom Support Pty Ltd (ABN 68 689 268 059), an Australian private company active since July 2025. The provider's own site offers 24/7 support by arrangement and lists an age-floor of 9 years and above.
In their own words: “Every service is delivered as genuine, individual support — not a fixed package.” The site positions a simple three-step onboarding (enquire, discuss needs, start supports with a meet-and-greet and a service agreement) and offers to match male or female workers subject to availability.
Everbloom Support takes NDIS referrals from self-managed and plan-managed participants. The provider's own website states plainly that it is not registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, which does not prevent it from supporting participants funded either of those ways — but an NDIA-managed (agency-managed) participant generally cannot use an unregistered provider. Which category you fall into is the thing to check before booking.
Services Everbloom Support provides
The services below are taken from Everbloom Support's own website. Availability can vary, so confirm directly that a specific support is offered and fits your plan. Everbloom accepts participants aged 9 and older.
- Assistance with daily living — one-to-one personal care and meal preparation that supports day-to-day independence
- Community participation and social support — support for activities, hobbies, outings, events and social experiences in the community
- Household support — help with everyday household tasks such as cleaning, tidying and laundry
- Life skills and independence — support to build practical skills like cooking, shopping, planning and everyday tasks
- Transport assistance — support to travel to appointments, activities, shopping and community events in the support worker's vehicle
- Appointments and community access — support to attend appointments, run errands and access local services with confidence
Unregistered NDIS providers โ what that means for you
Everbloom Support is not registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. It is honest to say so plainly, because for some participants it matters and for others it does not.
If your plan is self-managed or plan-managed, you can use any provider you choose, registered or not, so long as the support is a reasonable and necessary use of your funding. If your plan is NDIA-managed, you generally need a registered provider to invoice the NDIA directly, so an unregistered support-worker service is not usually an option.
Sort out the funding route before the first appointment, not after.
What to ask before choosing a support worker service
Ask who your regular worker would be and what happens when that person is on leave. Continuity matters a great deal in one-to-one support — it depends on the individual more than on the organisation.
Ask whether a male or female worker can be requested, and under what circumstances the preference can be honoured. Everbloom's own site says preferences are accommodated subject to availability.
For transport in the worker's vehicle, ask how travel time and kilometres are charged, whether your suburb is inside their usual service area, and how after-hours or 24/7 support is costed.
NDIS supports on the Central Coast
Gorokan is in the City of Central Coast, which sits in the Central Coast NDIS service district. Everbloom's own site gives its service area as the Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland and Cessnock, so parts of its catchment also sit in the neighbouring Hunter New England district.
Comparing a few support services is worth the time, especially where continuity of the individual worker matters as much as the organisation.
