Vserve Australia
About Vserve Australia
Vserve Australia is a registered NDIS provider based at Unit 8/46 Wellington Road, South Granville, in Sydney’s west. Its website describes care at home across Sydney from a regular team, community participation and life-skills support, transport, household help, supported independent living and specialist disability accommodation, nursing and complex care, and support coordination and plan management. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and the website says current participants have a 24/7 line.
The registration is held by Vserve Australia Pty Ltd, an Australian private company (ABN 72 632 621 866) active on the Australian Business Register since April 2019. The company trades under its own name; there is no separate registered business name.
This page replaces two older ProviderScout directory entries that placed Vserve Australia in Bunbury and Australind, Western Australia, on the strength of a past data source. The business has confirmed to ProviderScout in writing that it previously operated in Bunbury, that the location has closed, and that it no longer operates there. The two older directory pages now redirect here.

The Commission holds nineteen registration groups for this ABN. The services above are the ones Vserve Australia’s own website describes, with each line shortened from the website’s wording, and each sits within a group the register holds. The register also holds six groups the website does not describe as services: Assistance to Access and Maintain Employment, Specialised Supported Employment, Exercise Physiology and Personal Training, Innovative Community Participation, Group and Centre Based Activities, and Assistance in Coordinating or Managing Life Stages, Transitions and Supports.
Registration and conditions
The Commission records this registration as Approved, with its period of registration in force until 22 July 2028. The register entry is published under the name Vserve Australia Pty Ltd, with one outlet recorded at Unit 8, 46 Wellington Road, South Granville NSW 2142, and the outlet phone is the 1300 number shown on this page.
Three conditions are recorded on the registration by the Commission. They are reproduced below exactly as the register shows them, including the question mark that stands where an apostrophe belongs in the first:
1. “A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider?s mid-term audit, which must commence by 1 February 2027.”
2. “A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker.”
3. “A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of a Supplementary Module to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced on the following classes of support: 2A, 104, 131, 132”
The first sets when the audit of the Supported Independent Living module takes place. The second requires a risk assessment when a participant chooses to be supported by a single worker for daily personal activities. The third defers part of a supplementary module’s assessment until three months after service delivery begins in the classes of support it names. The Commission’s page for Vserve Australia Pty Ltd holds the current version.
What to ask before choosing an NDIS provider
For supported independent living or specialist disability accommodation, ask about current vacancies, who the housemates would be, how the roster works overnight, and what happens when a regular worker is sick or on leave. Ask for the hourly rates, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and the cancellation terms, in writing before you sign a service agreement.
If you want support coordination or plan management from the same organisation that delivers your supports, ask how the two are kept separate. A support coordinator should help you choose among providers freely, including providers other than their own organisation.
The register lists the provider’s registration groups and conditions. It does not tell you whether they have capacity for a service this month. For a registered provider, complaints can also go to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
NDIS supports in Western Sydney
South Granville is in Cumberland City Council, in the Western Sydney NDIS service district. Vserve Australia’s website describes care at home across Sydney, with a page for Parramatta participants supported by workers who live nearby. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Comparing a few providers is worth the time, especially for supported accommodation, where the match between participant, housemates and support team is a large part of what makes it work.
