Registration and conditions

The Commission records this registration as Approved, with its period of registration in force until 31 July 2028. The register entry is published under the legal name Ne Care Services Pty Ltd (trading as Your Way Living Support Services), with the recorded head office EDGEWORTH NSW 2285.

Three conditions are recorded on the registration by the Commission. They are reproduced below as the register records them:

1. “A condition is imposed for assessment of the remaining elements of the Certification audit to be conducted three months after service delivery has commenced in any of the classes of support that require certification assessment.”

2. “A condition has been imposed, for providers of 0107 Assistance with daily personal activities, for risk assessment of participants who choose to be supported by a single worker.” ndiscommission.gov.au/providers/providers-assistance-daily

3. “A variation condition is imposed for the assessment of Module 5A: Assistance with SIL. The audit must be conducted as part of the provider’s mid-term audit, which must commence by 1 February 2027.”

These conditions apply to the provider’s registration. See the Commission’s page for Your Way Living Support Services for the current version.

What to ask before choosing an NDIS provider

For a SIL placement, ask which houses currently have vacancies, who the other residents are, and how the support roster works. Ask how new residents are introduced and what happens when a housemate’s needs change.

For ILO, ask about the design phase in detail: how the provider explores the participant’s preferences, how a host or co-resident is identified, and how support is structured once the arrangement is live. ILO is as much about the design as the running.

For personal care and daily living, ask about continuity of support workers and what happens when a regular worker is on leave. Ask how worker-matching works — good matching is the difference between a routine that holds and one that keeps breaking down.

Where Your Way Living works

Your Way Living’s registered head office is Edgeworth NSW 2285, in the Hunter New England NDIS service district. The business describes its service area as Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast and the greater Hunter Region of NSW.

Comparing a few providers is worth the time. For SIL and ILO in particular, the individual house, housemates and support team matter as much as the organisation.
