What is ProviderScout?

ProviderScout is a free NDIS provider directory that helps participants, families, and carers find and compare registered providers across Australia. We list 8,875 providers across all 80 NDIS service districts, searchable by service type, location, and disability type.

Why we built it

Finding the right NDIS provider shouldn't be hard. But for many participants, navigating the NDIS provider landscape is overwhelming. The official NDIS portal lists providers but makes it difficult to compare options, read reviews, or understand what services are available in your area. ProviderScout was built to solve that problem — a simple, fast, free way to find and compare providers.

Free for everyone

ProviderScout is completely free for NDIS participants, families, carers, support coordinators, and plan managers. Providers can claim and update their listing at no cost. We are funded through display advertising and optional premium listing upgrades for providers.

Independence

ProviderScout is an independent website. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or the Australian Government. Provider data is sourced from publicly available information.
